Quick Tip Tuesday: Try this Powerful Superfruit

When I make smoothies, I use organic whole milk and mix a tablespoon or two of aronia berry juice. It is a little bitter so adding a little cinnamon and honey can help mask the taste. You can read about the benefits of aronia berries here.
