I have posted this advice on IG before and I will continue to repost for any new readers. It is the easiest and cheapest skincare tip I will probably ever give you!

What is the surface you spend the most time on? It’s your bed! It’s the place where you sweat, secrete oils and shed skin while you sleep.

Invest in two pairs of sheets, and 2-3 sets of pillowcases. Wash them with a dye-free, fragrance-free detergent. Fragrance and dyes can cause irritation and make sensitive skin even more sensitive.

If you are prone to breakouts, wash your pillowcases every 2-3 days and your sheets every 4-5. If you share your bed with someone else, don’t share pillows.
