My PM Routine When My Skin Is Dry to Really Dry

I have a few different routines depending on the level of dryness but the one below is my most common. First, I try to eat fruit with a higher water content and drink more water. I know, you don’t need another mother telling you that but it works! Hydrate.

I still take a steam shower but I skip the Clarisonic.

  1. I wash my face with something gentle. It is a delicate line to walk between alleviating dryness without clogging my pores. Recently, I have been using  Pixi by Petra Glow Tonic Cleansing Gel
  2. I skip the Dr. Dennis Gross Peel Pads and go straight to the LUMIONskin Serum. This serum is the best texture of any serum I have ever used. It isn’t runny and has the consistence of a light gel.
  3. Next I apply to my face and neck the Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Liquid Toner. I give my skin a break and allow this to absorb before I apply my last step.
  4. Right before I go to bed, I apply 3-4 pumps of the Dr. Jart+ Water Fuse Hydro Sleep Mask to my face and neck. I rinse it off with warm water as soon as I wake up.
